1. Educational purpose

The Site provides educational commentary on qualitative B2B marketing research methods, including interviewing, observation, friction analysis, and positioning synthesis. Content is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or professional consulting advice, and it does not guarantee business outcomes, ROI, or statistically representative market findings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Site. The Site is directed to business professionals in the United States and elsewhere who seek methodological guidance.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, text, design, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by degrex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily download pages for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Site content at scale without prior written permission from degrex, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link to the source page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, overloading infrastructure, harvesting emails, impersonating degrex, or using the Site to transmit unlawful content. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

5. Third-party references

Articles may reference third-party products, categories, or brands—including examples such as QuickBooks—for educational context about buyer language and category gravity. Such references do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless expressly stated. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.

6. Newsletter and communications

If you submit an email through a newsletter form, you consent to receive occasional research notes from degrex. You may unsubscribe using the method described in those messages or by emailing [email protected]. Transactional or legal notices may still be sent when necessary.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMAIN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.

8. Limitation of liability
